  • Discord account identifiers provided by Discord when you interact with the bot, including your user ID, username, server (guild) ID, channel IDs, and role IDs
  • Command and interaction data, such as the slash commands you run and any options you supply (for example, which Grow a Garden 2 items or weather events you subscribe to for notifications)
  • Notification and configuration preferences you set per server, such as alert channels and the stock or weather items you want to be pinged for

2. Website & Key-System Data

  • When you use the key system on this website, we may process your IP address, browser user-agent, and a hardware/script identifier in order to issue and validate license keys and to prevent abuse
  • Standard server access logs may record the pages and endpoints you request, along with timestamps, for security and troubleshooting
  • Where in-game data (such as job IDs or in-game items) is submitted to community or analytics features, it is processed as described in our Terms of Service

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate the bot's core features, including delivering seed, gear, and weather stock predictions and notifications for Grow a Garden 2
  • To remember your per-server settings so alerts are sent to the correct channels for the items you selected
  • To issue and verify license keys, secure the service, and detect or prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access
  • To maintain and improve reliability and performance through aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics

4. Discord Bot Interactions

  • The bot processes Discord interactions (slash commands and component clicks) sent to it through Discord's official API
  • The bot does not read your private direct messages and does not collect the general content of messages in your server beyond the commands directed at it
  • Removing the bot from a server stops further collection from that server

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

  • We do not sell your personal information
  • Data is processed through service providers required to run the service, including Discord (bot interactions), our hosting provider, and our key-management provider (Luarmor)
  • Your use of Discord is also governed by Discord's own Privacy Policy, and the key system by Luarmor's terms
  • We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of the service and its users

6. Data Security & Retention

  • We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure
  • We retain data only for as long as needed to provide the service; configuration and subscription data is kept while the bot is in your server, and access logs are rotated periodically

7. Your Rights & Data Deletion

  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data we hold about you by contacting us through our Discord server
  • Removing the bot from your server, or stopping use of the website, ends ongoing collection
  • Some minimal records may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations or to enforce our Terms of Service

8. Cookies & Local Storage

  • The website may use essential cookies or browser local storage to keep you signed in to the key system and to remember basic preferences
  • These are required for core functionality; disabling them may prevent the key system from working correctly

9. Children's Privacy

  • The service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by Discord in your country)
  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age; if you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will remove it

10. Changes to This Policy

  • We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision
  • Continued use of the bot or website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy
